What is the Line+Form Foundation?

The Line+Form Foundation is a nonprofit arts organization rooted in the belief that the process of creating can be empowering, healing, revealing, collaborative, and deeply connective. We develop meaningful, accessible arts experiences that encourage creativity, self-expression, exploration, and connection for individuals throughout the Indianapolis community and beyond.

Our Program Areas:

Therapeutic & Supportive Settings
Line+Form has proudly provided process-based arts programming within treatment and supportive settings for nearly a decade. We partner with treatment centers, recovery programs, shelters, day programs, and other supportive organizations to provide meaningful creative experiences that encourage self-expression, connection, exploration, and healing.

Schools & Educators
Over the past decade, Line+Form has brought process-based arts programming to more than 5,000 students in public and private schools throughout Central Indiana. Through the Foundation, we aim to continue expanding access to meaningful creative experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, experimentation, and self-expression while supporting the educators and schools we serve.

Community Organizations
Line+Form has a long history of partnering with local nonprofits and community organizations to bring creative experiences to the individuals and communities they serve. Through the Foundation, we collaborate with organizations to develop accessible, process-based arts programming tailored to the unique needs of each community.

Individuals & Families
At Line+Form, we believe meaningful arts experiences should be accessible to everyone. Through scholarships and reduced-cost programming, the Foundation works to remove financial barriers and create more opportunities for children, teens, adults, and families to experience the joy, connection, and personal growth that can come through creating.
