I am a big believer in the idea that doing the little things adds up to much bigger things. Part of my role is to create ways to for you to contribute, and hopefully to show you how big of an impact doing the little things can make. Being a small part of this organization brings me a tremendous amount of joy and satisfaction, and I hope to be able to share that feeling with all of you.

The Line+Form Foundation has ambitious goals for its first year, including creating and implementing sustained programming for our 3 current community partners. These ambitious goals will require a lot of support from the community. Here are a few of the ways that you can help us realize our mission:

Donate.

Your donations help us to purchase the supplies necessary to bring programming to Treatment Centers, Schools, Community Organizations and Individuals. You can donate through our website (just click our logo below), or, if you prefer to send a check (902 E 17th St, Indianapolis, IN 46202). Either way your donation is tax deductible

The Line+Form Foundation also happily accepts the donation of supplies to help further our mission. We have even put together a wish list of items that you can help us out with.

Spread the Word.

In addition to our website, we’ve started a fundraising campaign with MIghtycause to make it easier for people to donate by taking advantage of the social platforms that I probably spend way too much time on. We need your help in asking for donations, so please be sure to share this with your friends - and don’t be afraid to ask them to donate, it is for a really good cause!

Matching Gifts.

Matching gifts are a type of corporate giving program that essentially double your initial donation to an eligible nonprofit organization.
